The commemorative medal is something that should have been issued while the veterans of the atomic tests were still alive but better late than never. Given congress is leaving criteria for qualification to the DOD one can bet we Enewetak Cleanup Project will be excluded. But it’s still a good step in the right direction.

Yes, it sure should include the Clean up crew as well. All Atomic Veterans that were involved.
